Our aim is to provide a quality service where customer satisfaction is second to none. The TV services we offer are as follows:-

TV Installation

We will plug in and set up any standard TV equipment for you, most of the time this will take less than one hour and is therefore covered by our call out fee (£40). We also demonstrate how the equipment works and if necessary will right detailed instructions down for you on how to operate it all. If we are with you for longer than the allotted hour showing you how to operate the equipment we will charge for two hours (£80), however in most cases this is not necessary unless you are having particular diffoculty understanding how to use the equipment.

Minor Problems

This is again covered by our call out fee of £40. We anticipate we can fix most minor problems within this period, we will also try to assist you over the phone if we can first so you do not incur any costs. We can also take your TV to a local repairer who can investigate the problem. This service is as follows:

• Collection: £20 Inspection Fee: £40 Return: £20 PLUS parts and labour

The inspection fee is to cover the time it takes to identify the problem with your equipment. In some cases it is not economical to repair the item and buying a replacement item is a better option for you. For minor repairs (up to £100 parts and labour) once we have identified the fault we will fix it at the same time as this is usually quicker and less costly than: reassembling/tidying away your equipment; trying to contact you before proceeding; and then starting the job all over again again.

For the above service we require the £80 fee up front. We will undertake any repair up to a value of £100 (ie an additional £60 will be due from you on top of the inspection fee). If any repair is likely to cost more than this we will contact you to disucss before proceeding.

Wall Mounting of TVs

Simple Service

The service below is just to mount a TV on your wall with a fixed bracket. The cost may vary slightly if you want a tilting or swivel arm bracket. We charge separately for tidying cables. In some cases this is trivial in other cases it is more complex.

Tidying Cables

For tidying your cables we will bring with us samples of trunking and discuss the various options with you onsite when mounting your TV. If you just want us to come out and discuss your requirements the call out fee of £40 applies however if you choose to proceed we will subtract this from the final bill.

• Channelling up to 5 cables into a wall - £30 per metre
• Cables (HDMI / SCART)
  • Budget: 3m £10 - 5m £15 each
  • Premium: 3m £25 - 5m £35 each
  • Longer cables and specialist cables are available on request.
• Cables (Mains / Aerial Coax)
  • £5 plus £2 per metre
